Moving beyond the hoof.

While hoof care is my primary focus, the hoof and body are inseparable. Challenging hooves can go hand in hand with challenges in the body. Because of this connection, my work is informed by ongoing education in functional equine anatomy and biomechanics, and formal schooling in equine osteopathy at the Vluggen Institute for Equine Osteopathy.

This lens shapes how I trim, support, and guide each horse over time. I strive to work with an open mind and to continuously grow as a practitioner.

Beyond hoof care I offer movement and conditioning guidance, osteopathic mobilizations (within the student scope), and referrals to local EDOs and dentists.
